The Benefits of 3D Training
Have you ever wondered how athletes get into shape? Maybe you assumed they train for hours and hours every day and watch everything they eat. That doesn’t sound like much fun, and it gives you no incentive to become fit. But if you are like me, I bet you’d like to be in better shape.
Here’s the secret to how athletes stay in excellent shape- it’s not hours and hours working out, or counting calories. They train their entire body. Every angle, every muscle, every joint. They train and become 3D Strong. And you can too! I can train you to be 3D Strong.
Our bodies are 3D machines- we move in 3 dimensions. But traditional workouts or machines at the gym only train in one dimension. That means you can work out for hours and still not reach your full potential.
Athletes know the secret to being fit is to train in all three dimensions. They know that to be at the top of their game, and prevent injuries, they need to be 3D Fit. The same is true for you; you need to work all 3 dimensions so that you train your body for the activities you do every day. Think about what you do once you get out of bed in the morning- you bend over to pick up a newspaper or lift to put kids in car seats or any number of different actions. Each action is a different motion and uses a different combination of muscles. You live in 3D world and need a workout that trains you in 3D. A traditional gym workout will never do that for you.
And here’s the great part of 3D training- you don’t have to work out for hours every day. You can be in the best shape of your life by training 3 days a week for one hour at a time. The other benefit is that you don’t need a bunch of expensive equipment, and you can train anywhere- in your home, in a park- anywhere you can think of. I can show you how to train this way.
Here’s a sample workout that will work your body in 3D and get you 3D Strong in no time. Each circuit should take no more than 4 minutes and you should repeat at your own pace with 30 seconds of rest between each circuit. If you follow the routine you should start seeing results in as little as 2 weeks.
Seal Jacks 30 reps
Squats 30 reps
Pushups 12 reps
Hay Bailers 20 reps (opposite of Wood Choppers)
So don’t train harder, train smarter. Train in 3D and get 3D Strong. You can reach your full potential have more time to enjoy life with the ones you love.
