Don’t have a partner but you want to receive the same benefits as personal training but save on the cost? That’s ok we will fit you with 2 or 3 other people with the same fitness goals and similar skills. Or, if you and a group want to train together and be accountable to each other, this is for you. All sessions are one on one and 45 min long doing workouts that you have never done before. Unconventional training at its finest! You will actually have fun. We will create an individualized program that deals with nutrition and exercise based on your fitness goals. You will be assessed, monitored, motivated and held accountable like never before.
