Some people work better in pairs- with a partner or a friend to help keep them accountable. This may be the perfect fit for you then. All sessions are one on one and 45 min long doing workouts that you have never done before. Unconventional training at its finest! You will actually have fun. We will create an individualized program that deals with nutrition and exercise based on your fitness goals. You will be assessed, monitored, motivated and held accountable like never before.
